Hosts and contact

Dates of stay

Choose the dates and number of guests. The minimum stay depends on the dates and is shown during booking. An available stay may be booked and started at any hour, including the same day and late in the evening. If the information needed to enter the apartment is missing, contact the hosts by telephone.

Check-out is by 16:00. The entire departure day of the previous guests is reserved for preparing the apartment, and new arrivals are not accepted that day. The next stay may start the following day, subject to availability.

Dogs are welcome without prior arrangement or approval from the hosts.

Price and payment

Before confirming, the accommodation price, selected offer and payment amounts and dates are displayed. The resort tax is shown separately, together with how it is to be paid.

For a booking with an account made more than 21 days before arrival, the standard initial payment is 30% of the accommodation price. The balance is due no later than 21 days before arrival. When 21 days or fewer remain, the full amount is due. Without an account, accommodation is paid in full at the time of booking.

Automatic collection of the balance from a card requires a separate selection. It can be revoked from the account. The binding amounts and dates for a particular booking are stated in its confirmed summary.

Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed once the required payment has been recorded and the stay confirmed, or by separate arrangement with the hosts. A booking number and a record of the dates, price, payments and terms attached to that booking are provided and can be retained. Sending an enquiry alone does not confirm a booking.

Cancellation

A standard direct booking may be cancelled free of charge up to and including 21 days before arrival. Last-minute bookings may be cancelled free of charge until the end of the day before arrival (Polish time). After the applicable deadline, 30% of the total accommodation price is retained, capped at the amount already paid for accommodation. The rest of that payment is refunded. Any resort tax paid is accounted for and refunded separately.

A booking linked to an account may be cancelled independently until the end of the day before arrival, Polish time. On the arrival day and afterwards, or without an account, the hosts must be contacted by telephone. The way cancellation is reported does not change its financial settlement rules. An existing booking remains subject to the terms confirmed for it.

The statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a contract concluded online does not apply to accommodation booked for specified dates. The cancellation rules above remain available.

Account and website use

An account is optional. It provides access to bookings and payments and allows details to be retained for a future stay. Using the form and account requires an internet connection, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and the storage needed for a session; an account also requires an email address. Unlawful content must not be submitted through the forms.

Account closure may be requested through the email address above. Closing an account does not automatically cancel a stay or delete records that must still be retained on a valid legal basis. Data-handling rules are set out in the privacy policy.

Questions, problems and complaints about a stay, payment or account may be raised by telephone or email. We handle enquiries as they come in. Describe the matter and provide the booking number, if available; a preferred resolution may also be indicated.
